Horrifying, yet comforting at the same time. The boundary between being yourself and becoming something (not someONE, THING) was never a concrete one. Can we ever truly let go? If we did, what would that look like? Unspoken expectations give life to an unconscious version inside all of us and the longer and harder the being is avoided, the heavier it begins to weigh, until it has to be let out.
